Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?

Over Two months ago i decorated Frozen themed for Kendra's Birthday Party. A sweet little girl who really wants to be a princess. The party was held in her house (which already look alike castle) 

So, this is my first Collab project with Annisa Sabhrina and her husband ( The Owner of Baobab Decor), helped over by Mba Stella ( The Owner Of Stella's Homemade) and Mba Lina (The Owner of KasetPita). Also, The real executor of these project : Herdi, Syinthia, Fattah, Bangkit, Gilang and any other (juga yang kmrn dikampus tangannya dipinjem buat ikutan bantuin smuanya haha)

This is my first time decorating a real birthday party. The dessert Table,  The 'White Forest' themed, The Round Table, etc. We went to many places hunting any kind of snow or winter theme stuffs and  dessert table equipments. For the decoration, i went with white, Aqua, and Blue scheme. We made lots of paper fan, Snowflakes, and Pom-pom for the decorative element. Almost 70% of the decoration element was D.I.Y things. it's tiring but it was fun :'D

Honestly, I'm not the disney-person-kind of thing. I hate princess and how easy they get their prince charming without even have to try anything. You just sleep for a long time, and wake up with your prince charming kissing you and they lived happily ever after after that. Eeeeeeerrr, Really, dude?

So, when Anis said the project was about Frozen and frozen was one of Disney movie, I kinda upset.......at first. But it really is Challenging :D So, I spent my time wacthing over frozen, even it's still cheessy but i love it. Then, this is the result after all of love-hate-love relationship with anykind of frozen thing-and blue-thing and aqua-thing for over a months, I presented to you : Princess Kendra's Birthday Party in her Arandelle!

from 13 to 14. Hello!

I'm Back! setelah berbulan-bulan menghadapi dunia nyata dan tidak menyentuh blog. hahahaha.
So, Where were we? ;)

2013 baru saja lewat, but still too much memories left. Terutama karena 2013 adalah taun terakhir saya menghadapi segala tetek bengek perkuliahan, dan taun ini (in sha Allaaah, Amin!) saya bakal lulus jengjengjeng! :)) that's why taun 2013 bakal jadi taun yang ngga terlupakan. Taun terakhir saya bisa main-main sebelum terjun ke dunia yang sesungguhnya hahahah :p

it's sad, really. But sometimes even if you know how something's gonna end, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the ride, huh? Jadi, hari ini saya bela-belain duduk di depan laptop buluk saya yang udah tua dan berusaha buat flashback ke 2013, modal nanya-nanya dikit ke icha (yang nggak membantu) karena udah agak lupa taun ini saya ngapain aja hahahaha

Taun 2013 diawali dengan ritual perayaan taun baru; main kartu, kehujanan, dan sempet ketabrak mobil, yang mengharuskan saya menelan pain killer beberapa hari berikutnya. awal januari dengan Hecticnya sidang pra tugas akhir, dilanjut dengan mini trip sama keluarga ke china-hongkong. dilanjut lagi dengan hecticnya revisi pra tugas akhir, kkn, dan studio tugas akhir. little escape sama teman-teman kampus yang bentar lagi udah pada mencar-mencar entah kemana. tottaly worth it.

Then, I realize something; it's amazing what a year can do. There's a good times, and bad times. i've learned so many things this year. People come and go in your life, some of  'em did very hurtful things. Last couple of months, i spend my times over, analyzing situation. Trying to put the pieces and find out that peeople i've known forever dont see things the way i do, and i do know, nothing can fixed it. it happens to everyone as they grow up. what you have to do is to find another happiness, and i found it already. I never wonder that i can pass this sorrow, but I did. I thank god for them who always put the smile back on my face. there's always the ones who stay in my life & make me happier. But I also thank the ones who left my life & made me stronger :)

Sorry for no updates lately, it's really like a hectic year, start from early january 2013, i was busy with my thesis. and taraaaaaa.. it's may already and still haven't finish my thesis yet (cry) . Time flies, it Feels like my 21st birthday was only a few months ago, and I'm 22 today ! :'D

i stop wondering how many surprise i'll get today or expecting a sweet little suprise from my beloved people. which I'll still be thankful & happy about it, but what i really need the most is wishes and spending more time with my family, my friends, and my boyfriend.

But it turns great, My family woke up early, prepared a birthday cake for me. my boyfriend came right before lunch, gave me a cute teddy bear (and i love it much!) , My friend gave me a little sweet surprise by came to my house, brought a brownies cake and sweet vintage dress and i was sooooo excited! My bestfriend, Tyas and hegar sent me a lovely wishes via text messages and i miss them very very very much, hopefully i can spent the rest of this special day with them :(

ah, also Thanks to everyone, that I couldn't mention one by one, for your greetings and wishes. it's makes my day anyway :D

Nyaris 2 bulan saya vakum dari kehidupan yang penuh lem, kertas, gunting dan cutting pad karena harus melewati halangan rintangan membentang (baca: Kerja praktek), and yay I'm back ! ;)
Dan selama vakum saya agak-agak terharu karena malah begitu banyak orang yang ngehubungin saya dan minta dibuatkan scrap. Well, sayang sekali di bali saya memang 'sengaja' tidak menyentuh laptop untuk mendesain scrap. Kerja praktek saya ternyata menuntut saya untuk lebih setia sama 3d dan denah ketimbang benda-benda lucu seperti renda dan pita :") Maafkan dia yang Insecure hahahaha
Jujur saya kangen sekali selama di Bali menyentuh gunting dan kertas, bekerja di studio saya. Makanya begitu pulang dari Bali (dan langsung disambut dengan pesanan segambreng) saya jabanin kerjain semua pesenan. And here we go!

Got this 'playful' theme For Riza. I really Love how this Tosca and Shocking pink met anyway :D Untuk wrappingnya as usual saya selalu pakai Lace dan tali dan *drumroll* NEW hangtag yay !

well, jadi ceritanya Merlyn 'menemukan' saya lewat Instagramnya kak Claradevi dan minta dibuatkan notebook dengan theme yang sama : fashion ! Jelas saja saya langsung tertarik setengah mati dan semangat bikin di sela-sela tugas saya yang segambreng :") 2 notebook ini semua pesanan merlyn, dan punya tema yang sama. Bedanya untuk yang notebook yang diatas khusus untuk dia, jadi semuanya adalah girl's stuff dan untuk notebook dibawah adalah untuk Rio, her boyfie. Jadilah untuk Rio saya menggabungkan segala aksesoris cewek dan cowok :D

From AB to DK : Nice to meet you, Bali :)

 

Rumah baru, Kantor baru, Lingkungan baru, teman baru. Perkenalan. Perkenalan selalu menjadi hal yang tidak terduga. Perkenalan pertama saya dengan Bali dimulai dari hal-hal menyebalkan seperti Kesasar di malam pertama sampai di Bali dan dikejar Anjing di minggu berikutnya. Masih selalu memaki jam di bali yang selalu 'boros' karena satu jam lebih cepat dari jogja. Bagaimana tempat tinggal saya nyatanya jauh dari tempat-tempat wisata seperti yang tertulis dalam buku Bali days by days yang saya beli di Airport.

Waktu pertama saya tidak tahu, bahwa ketika saya pulang, hal-hal yang tadinya menyebalkan justru yang akan membuat saya rindu. sangat rindu :)

So, where were we ?

tidak kah kamu sadar suatu hari nanti kita akan rindu berkeliling tanpa tujuan. hanya yogyakarta dan kita. dan motor dengan tangki bensin nyaris kosong. berbincang tentang apapun. tertawa dan mengomentari banyak hal tanpa memperdulikan panas matahari yang menyorot tanpa ampun. Dan yah, seperti sekarang, aku rindu duduk di jok belakang motor sambil memelukmu dari belakang dan membisikkan “aku sayang kamu” di setiap kali kamu tersenyum dan menatap ke belakang :)
